[01] Services
AI that ships as working software, not slideware. Custom internal tools, LLM-powered workflow automation, and AI pipelines on AWS, built by someone who also runs the infrastructure they live on.
Jamf and Addigy deployment and operations for production-critical Mac fleets. Zero-touch onboarding, policy hygiene, and the patch discipline that keeps your security team off your back, in environments where a botched update doesn't mean a reimage, it means a missed press deadline. Across three organizations: enterprise fleets of up to 350 devices on Jamf Pro, Jamf Cloud, and Addigy, and four MDM migrations with zero production disruption.
Twenty years inside print and digital production: preflight automation, PDF pipelines, color, fonts, DAM and editorial systems, and the handoffs between creative teams and the press. I've run this on Censhare, Enfocus Switch and PitStop, and OneVision, but the expertise is the workflow, not the vendor. Editorial and ad-production environments share the same plumbing, whatever system you're on, I've fixed its failure modes before.
Right-sized AWS for media operations, plus the senior judgment around it: assessments, migrations, vendor selection, and the occasional "is this consultant lying to us" sanity check.

You work with the person who does the work. No juniors, no handoff to a team you never met. One senior set of hands, start to finish.
I will tell you when something is a bad idea. Including when it is my idea, or the thing you already paid a vendor for.
Built to outlast the engagement. Documented, handed off, and yours to run. Low operational overhead by default.
Scoped honestly. If it is not in my lane, I say so and point you to who can. The work speaks; the pitch does not.
[03] Who you work with
Twenty years in media and publishing IT, through four M&A transactions and the infrastructure work each one demanded. Today that runs forward-deployed: senior judgment plus AI tooling, built and shipped on site rather than handed off as a deck.
I direct AI the way a technical director runs a team: define the architecture, push back when the plan is wrong, ship what works.
When five magazine titles were carved out into a new independent company, I ran the editorial infrastructure separation. That media production client then became my first consulting client. The transition work was good enough that the company I helped separate hired me to keep running it.
